ERHS Yearbook - Grad Ad Information

We sent out the initial Grad Ad mailing to parents of seniors on September 15.

Grad Ads are sold on a first-come, first served basis. We do not "save" a page with payment. We need to have the photos, text and payment at the time of submission. Parents have three options until available space is sold out:

The online Grad Ads function on the Herff Jones website is now working. Thanks for your patience.

• Create the ad from home using the Herff Jones Yearbook Order Center (see info below)
  • ERHS Order Number is 6506
  • PDF with available templates for Yearbook Order Center
• Set up an appointment at one of our four evening dates, or during class time. e-mail Jim Meyerhoff, adviser for an appointment time.
• Submit the photos, text and payment to the ERHS main office and the Facets Yearbook Staff will work on the Grad Ad. Remember to include an e-mail address so we can send you a proof.
